The Eastern Regional Women’s Organiser of the NDC, Evelyn Ama Koran, is reported to have been beaten by the Akwatia NDC executives, for being a hypocrite. According to reports by our correspondent Nana Kwame, Ms Koran was called on phone by one James Afisa to the Akwatia Club House for some discussions concerning the party. However, on arrival, she was allegedly beaten by Michael Quarshie and David Dakordzi, together with James Afisa, on suspicion that she was not a genuine supporter of Baba Jamal the aspiring Akwatia MP, but behaved as such whenever Ofosu Ampofo the Eastern Regional Minister, was around. The case is currently with the Akwatia Police, for further investigations. Credit: Alex Offei/peacefmonline.com |
