army to police its interest. However whether a nation becomes
economically and militarily powerful depends on its leaders: their
vision, their thinking, their worldview and how that translate into
policies and programs. As Ghanaians prepare to elect a president come
December 7th, we should think and reflect deeply about that leader whose
thinking, ideas, worldview and vision can make Ghana the economic and
military power in West Africa."
