The 12th conference of the Commonwealth Speakers and presiding officers of Africa region ended over the weekend with a call on all African leaders to embrace the historical mission of transforming their countries. - Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni told participants that so much time has been spent on definition and separation of powers in post colonial Africa but the mission of the executive, parliament and the judiciary, is still not very clear. The conference took place at Munyonyo in Kampala Uganda. Quoting from the Bible in the Gospel of Matthew, the President reminded the speakers that a good tree is known by its fruits. Likewise, he said, they will be judged by their works....
