Mrs Iddrisu was before the Committee to answer questions regarding a $94 million settlement amount paid to CP.
But before answering any questions, she attacked some members of the Committee including the Chairman, Mr Albert Kan-Dapaah of criminal insinuations that impugned her integrity.
"The procedures adopted by this committee have given rise to statements, comments, evidence which have criminal insinuations, criminal implications at my person for the past five months. Article 19 of the Constitution gives a every citizen of Ghana the opportunity to a fair hearing. My rights in this regard have been violated and trampled on by this honorable committee" she decried.
"Honorable Chair (referring to Mr. Albert Kan Dapaah), I put it to you, that you have sat by and indeed at times participated and allowed my rights to be trampled upon in this manner" the former AG told PAC.
Mr Kan-Dapaah objected to the comments, asking for proof or withdrawal of the comments.
He said "the Committee takes very serious exception to the statement made by Mrs Mould-Iddrisu that we have made statements here and I as the Chairman supervised over a situation where statements have been made against her which are unfair and criminal. Obviously she should be able to prove to us or consider withdrawing such remarks".
