Kwasi Pratt Warns Atta Mills

prattThe Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Mr Kwesi Pratt has warned President John Evans Atta Mills to be careful of how he rules the country or else, a massive demonstration would be organised against him. Speaking on Peace FM’s morning show, “Kokrokoo”, the social commentator said, President Mills seems to be failing Ghanaians because, he is not ruling the way he promised he would, for which reason he got the people’s mandate.

According to him, President Mills seems to be treading the same path the former NPP government trod, and cited the increase in fuel prices as an example. He stated thus, “for six months now, he has not done anything to impress Ghanaians or ease the suffering of the citizens - meanwhile we helped to campaign against NPP because we wanted a positive change.”

According to him, he had heard that there was a discussion on Ghana Commercial Bank, Agric Development Bank and several government Institutions concerning their privatization. Mr Pratt therefore cautioned President Mills against entertaining any idea of selling or privatizing them, otherwise he, Kwesi Pratt would lead a massive demonstration against him.
