Would Obama had become President in any African Country if he had stood for election?
There seems to great excitement among African leaders regarding the election of President Obama and his well popularised visit to Ghana. Looking at the dangerous political terain in Africa and the numerous tyrants and dictators who still carry themselves as leaders of the people would President Obama had become president in say Cameroon, Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Burkina Faso if he had stood for election in these countries?
Would he have become president in Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Kenya, Nigeria, Zimbabwe if he had stood for election in any of these countries? Or would he have been placed under house arrest, detained or exiled as is currently going on in Equatorial Guinea, Gambia, Egypt, Ivory Coast, Central African Republic, Congo, Angola, Niger and DRC?
