If rumours about the light-skinned Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari are anything to go by, then NEWS-ONE can say the daughter of ex-president of Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), may be keeping an important information about herself from her teeming fans. A bird has whispered to this paper that the lead character in the movie, ‘Beyonce’ has a 5-year-old daughter whom she has been keeping away from the public lens. The little girl’s identity is not yet known but the very reliable source said Nadia had the girl with a Holland-based Ghanaian. Efforts to get Nadia to comment on the issue proved futile as her MTN contact didn’t go through after several attempts. But a couple of her close friends, who confirmed the story, said they would not give any further details because, according to them, ‘it is her private life and she deserved to be accorded that respect’. The Nadia daughter buzz is the second rumour to hit the actress this year. In July 2009, there were rumours that she had broken up with fiancĂ© Michael Essien. But the actress did not take the matter lightly as she came out boldly to deny the allegations. The Flex Entertainment Newspaper which broke the story reported that Nadia’s two-year relationship with the Ghanaian/Chelsea midfield dynamo had come to an end. According to the story, Essien had actually collected almost everything he had bought for the actress, including a Seven Series BMW car, adding that close allies of Nadia who leaked the story to the paper revealed to them that the break-up could be as a result of unfaithfulness on the part of Nadia, suggesting that Essien was either considering going back to his first love, Veralie Dela Ackumey, or looking elsewhere. “There are other rumours that Essien wants to go back to his ex- girl Dela, with whom he has an impending legal case. Latest information also has it that Michael has found another brunette in London,” it said. The paper added that when it contacted Nadia, she said, “This rumour has been there for sometime now and I don’t really know who has been spreading this rumour around but there is nothing like a break-up. In fact, they are all false, we are still living together without any problem.” NEWS-ONE has reliably gathered that the actress was not pleased with the story. The Nadia/Essien relationship still remains skeptical. In spite of her denials of the reports, sources close to her still insist her romance with the footballer had indeed hit the rocks. It is not clear why the beautiful actress would hide her child from her fans. Source: NewsOne |
